Maintenance

Yes we do, and you can check them out here

Full service means that we can install and maintain heating systems, as well as supply heating fuel, and respond to any related emergency situation.

Without regular maintenance, your heating systems will start to run inefficiently. This means that you’ll have to use more fuel costing you money. Regular maintenance will also help your system last longer, and prevent some failures from worn out parts.

Your equipment should be cleaned once a year for best operation.

Maintenance is available weekdays between 8:30am and 4:30pm. You will need to be home as the LeRoy’s certified technician will need access to the area with the system in it. Some of our customers do provide keys if the heating system is accessible from an external door.

Give us a call! We can move your maintenance date. Also if you think there is an issue with your system we’re always happy to take a look at it to make sure it’s operating within safe parameters.

We track weather patterns to ensure that our customers are fueled up before bad weather hits.

Automatic fuel deliveries are done in accordance to a pre-set schedule that’s unrelated to fuel prices.

We track temperatures and usage so that automatic delivery customers should never need to call even with exceptionally cold temperatures. However, if you feel that your tank is running low, please let us know and we’ll fill it accordingly.

This is done to avoid condensation within the tank which can lead to rust and shorten the life of your fuel tank. It also means you’re never low on fuel at the beginning of the heating season. However, if you wish to be put on hold, please call our office and we’ll be happy to accommodate.
